Dr Shyrla Pakula is a medical doctor and a certified Lactation Consultant who has worked in the field of Breastfeeding Medicine since 1986. She has helped thousands of mother-baby pairs deal with breastfeeding problems of all kinds, including nipple and breast pain, breast lumps, supply issues, and unsettled babies.

Dr. Shyrla Pakula provides a completely personal service in her home and usually sees patients within 48 hours of phone call.  House calls can be arranged in special circumstances in the Caulfield area and surrounds. Patients in remote areas can have consultations by phone. Unfortunately, Dr Pakula is not available for consultation on weekends but will answer emails.
